I called the GreenPro Locksmith office and the agent said she would have the tech call me back. Doug called back within 10 minutes and then he arrived thirty minutes later. Doug was respectful, very professional, and friendly. I was pleased with his service and I will use them again. Doug did a great job.
I only had one key fob for my 06 Saab and I lost it, everyone I called said they couldn’t work on a Saab, I finally got GreenPro Locksmith, and they came right out, I don’t know if they charge more on the weekends, but I paid 930.00 for two programmed keys and the technician was friendly and kind, I think the dealership would have charged me more. I will for sure call GreenPro if I need a locksmith again in the future.
Excellent service - called them upon arrival to ATL when I realized I had left my car keys at a relative’s house multiple states away. They were at my car within 29 minutes. Rich was friendly, courteous, and took the time to engage with my curious 6 year old on the locksmithing process. 100% pleased all around! Highly recommend GreenPro Locksmith. Rich and Derrick were professional, on time, friendly, and more importantly - experts! My car was stranded in the parking lot. They pulled my '03 Acura ignition lock cylinder and rekeyed the lock. Success and I was on my way. Would not hesitate to call Rich or Derrick again for any lock need.
I had a fantastic experience with GreenPro Locksmith. The lady who picked up my call was incredibly friendly, providing me with an instant price quote and the name of the technician, Johnny Do, who would be assisting me. True to her word, Johnny reached out to me within minutes and promptly arrived at my house to create a new key for my Honda Accord, complete with a chip inside the key fob. Johnny's punctuality was commendable, and he completed the job swiftly, all while maintaining a high level of friendliness. Without a doubt, if I ever require locksmith services in the future, my first choice will be GreenPro Locksmith.

Great service. Came to our house within two hours of contacting them. Actually my front door lock which was broken and we couldn't secure. Locksmith was very knowledgeable and fix the issue on site. Very happy to recommend Greenpro Locksmith if anyone needs their help in Atlanta area.
2012 VW Jetta - Key wouldn't insert at all due to ignition dust guard locking up.This was a great experience. Initial phone call was handled very courteously by dispatcher and technician called back with follow up within 5 minutes. He quickly realized that he had another technician much closer to me and 2nd follow up call was received wihin 5 minutes also. "Ro" gave me an estimated arrival of 15 to 20 minutes and was right on schedule. He was very honest about the reasoning for the ignition repair and what the eventual repair might cost. But, since it only took 10 minutes he charged me for the $30 svce call and $95 for the repair $125 total. Other estimates I had received BEGAN at $200. Gave me great explanation, great warning signs to look out for and a fridge magnet in case we need them again.
Locked my keys in the car and didn't realize until after dinner. Gave them a call and despite my lacking directions they pinpointed my location and had someone out there in 20 minutes. The technician's name was Doug and he a super personable friendly guy, but not in a fake way. Had the car unlocked in 5 minutes. Definitely turned the unpleasant situation into a better one. Thanks Doug. Would recommend this company to anyone in need.
